Overview
Feel Like
Yourself Again
A Mommy Makeover is a personalized combination of breast and body contouring procedures designed to address the physical changes that can occur after pregnancy, breastfeeding, and significant weight loss.
Common Concerns
- Deflated or sagging breasts
- Loose abdominal skin
- Stretched abdominal muscles (diastasis recti)
- Changes in the lower abdomen or pubic area
- Stubborn areas of fat

More Than a
Physical Transformation
Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. Feeling stronger and more confident in your body can affect so much more than how you look—from how you move and use your body to your confidence, your relationships, and the way your children see you value and care for yourself.
Explore Your OptionsWhen Is the Right Time for a Mommy Makeover?
Ideally, you should not be planning another pregnancy in the near future and should be at a healthy, stable weight. If you're breastfeeding, I generally recommend waiting at least three months after you've finished breastfeeding before surgery.
There may never be a “perfect” time for surgery. We'll help you plan ahead so you feel prepared and supported throughout your recovery.

Combining Procedures Safely
One advantage of a Mommy Makeover is the ability to address multiple areas during a single surgery—allowing for one operation and one recovery period.
Your overall health, the procedures being performed, surgical time, and recovery all factor into what can be performed safely. When appropriate, surgery may be staged into two procedures.
